Shipping Policy

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 15 to 20 business days to dispatch orders within India.

Kliitche’s couture is made-to-order and takes 20 to 30 days for production and dispatch, depending on the garment’s design and style.

Return and Exchange

Please note that items are eligible for returns or exchanges in some specific conditions only
Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you a refund

For all eligible returns, we will issue a refund immediately after we receive the products from your end and pass the quality check process. Return process may take up to 7-8 days.

Any complaint that is reported after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at klitcheofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
